“Students for a Fair Wisconsin” responsible for Dorm Lit Drop

Students for a Fair Wisconsin has plastered every residence hall with reminders to “Vote No On the Ban.”
(If I could find my digital camera I would just post a picture of it … I’ll work on that).
The quarter-sheet of lit reads:
“… Don’t Forget …
“Today is THE Day!
“The polls open at 7 AM … And close at 8 PM … Bring a photo ID!
“VOTE NO ON THE BAN
“Make the Time To Make History”
The opposite side has a checklist of sorts:
“To Do List - Nov. 7th
“-Study History
“-Finish Math Homework
“-Work out
“-Start English Paper
“-Student Org Meeting
“-Make History”
The quartersheets are bright orange with black font.
Let me point out that I am more livid over the fact that Marquette turns a blind eye towards this sort of thing than that the homosexual lobby or the College Democrats do this on campus.
Enough with the hypocrisy of the Stephanie Quades of the world who create policy for student organizations, donate hundreds and hundreds to pet liberal causes, and then turn a blind eye when her pet student organizations violate policy.

Whilst this is a blatant violation of the solicitation policy, it is unfortunate nothing will be done about it, considering the “Students for a Fair Wisconsin” will no longer exist after 8:00 PM tonight. They knew they had nothing to lose (who’s going to punish an student org that doesn’t exist).
Busch league.

I had 10 Fair Wisconsin quarter sheets shoved under my door this morning.

From what I heard, they did the same on every college campus… reminds me of the Kerry Supporting “Get out the Vote” effort in 2004.

I should have opened my door when I saw those Doyle/Lawton lit pieces slide under my door this morning…too bad I was so groggy at 6 a.m. The sad part is, it only benefits the Dems even if they DO get reprimanded by OSD.
A friend on the CD e-board told me that someone went around him to do it after he blatantly told him no. I guess everything just remains to be seen.
