How can you go wrong with 24′s executive producer, and hosts from “Curb Your Enthusiam”, “Reno 911!”? I don’t watch much TV but I will definitely make a point to watch this and post the times on Gop3.com for the first two episodes.
Here is a quick excerpt from the Hollywood Reporter:
Taped before a studio audience in Los Angeles, the show will feature two co-anchors, actors Kurt Long (“Cuts,” “Games Across America”) and Susan Yeagley (“Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “Reno 911!”). It also will feature person-on-the-street interviews and correspondent reports like other shows. But Surnow said that it’s not going to be strictly conservative but more in the spirit of the old and rebellious “Saturday Night Live.”
“It’s not going to hit you over the head with partisan politics,” Surnow said. “It’ll hit anything that deserves to be hit.”
The title “This Just In” was scrapped after producers found out the name was being used by an HBO-AOL production. A new title has not been settled on.

You could make it so one of the hosts was just an extra on both of those shows and the other was on, like, nothing. I’m not saying this show won’t be good. It might be. But the hosts aren’t really from those two shows.
24 is amazing and has been extremely successful, the other two I have only heard about, so I must trust your assessment of their roles in them until I can watch it myself. Whether they are the leads or not, I think it should be fun to watch.
