I have never met a Democrat, who was not a politician, who does not love Obama. Granted, most the people I know are college students and it seemed like most of the Democrats I knew in 2003-2004 were Dean supporters.

Barack lost the moment he declared that the Bears will win a Superbowl this year

I think he will run and it is going to be nasty fight between Hillary and Obama.

I think Obama is positioning himself, ultimately, to getting tapped for vice president. He will still be young enough to run for president if Hillary gets elected for two terms and 8 years as vice president would give him the experience necessary to be a viable candidate. I think the Dem ticket will be Hillary and Barack.

He will run and it’ll be decided by Christmas

Justin, that’s a really silly thing to say.
He’ll run, but I’m not going to vote for him because of his middle name.

There is no way that Hilary and Obama will be on the same ticket.

Not even if it may possibly strengthen Hilary’s bid for presidency if Obama agrees to run as vice-president? I plead ignornace here…I understand they are rivals at this point but do we know that they personally detest each other? If Hilary presumably were the presidential candidate…I am trying to imagine who would make a great running mate?

If Hillary were the presidential candidate or Obama, the dems would need to balance the ticket with someone with foreign policy experience. Hillary can claim that she has some because of Bill, but not really. I have heard names tossed out, but I can’t remember. A name that I have heard tossed around is Evan Bayh since he dropped out of the presidential race. He is an electable dem in a red state. I have heard other names tossed out.
I know more than I want to about dem politics now.

PTI said it was ridiculous, too. I caught that one while waiting for a squash court. But it’s still makes little sense. I don’t think the American public is that stupid/sports crazy.
