So I still have not found any footage of Newt’s speech that concluded CPAC, but I found an interview he had with the Washington Post on Friday, March 2nd. It gives just a nice little preview as to what he would talk about the following day.
Note his comments about the ridiculousness of people running so early. He’s someone to keep a close eye on.

“Note his comments about the ridiculousness of people running so early.”
Newtie is one to talk about the evils of “running early” since he left two wives for other women. Once perhaps can be understood or forgiven, but twice? Clearly the man has a problem with the zipper.

So how does that relate to the presidential candidate… I fail to see the connection

Don’t worry about the video Sarah… it would be nice to see it… but I’m sure you’ll find it someday.

Yeah Wally that doesn’t even make sense. Point made, move on.

It relates to his candidacy for President because it reflects negatively on his moral character. Remember that he told wife #1 that he was leaving her while she was in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery. He told wife #2 that he was leaving her while she was out-of-town visiting a dying parent. If that pattern of behavior doesn’t raise questions about his moral character, maybe Bill Clinton wasn’t such a bad guy after all?
