The bill was introduced because right now barbers have to have the same extensive training as cosmetologists, even though they don't do the same thing. The bill actually removes some of the regulations. Had you actually read the legislation in your quest to make fun of elected officials, you'd know that. The view from the cheap seats must be pretty good eh. Just remember, at the end of the day you do nothing more than comment on the lives of people who matter.
