Here is a quick run down of the two major choices I made today in the Wisconsin/Milwaukee April 1st elections and why (if you are a regular Gop3.com reader, you know these already. I have included predictions based on personal opinion in the spirit of March Madness):

Scott Walker vs Lena Taylor

My Choice: Scott Walker
Why: He is man dedicated to fiscal responsibility, small government, economic development and safety in Milwaukee.

Prediction: Walker 57% Lena 43%

Justice Louis Butler vs Judge Mike Gableman

My Choice: Judge Mike Gableman
Why: Plain and simple, Judge Gableman has a solid record of judgement based on on what the law says, not what he wants it to say. Justive Butler sides with criminals, hands out lenient penalties and awards far too much in the form of monetary damages that further encourage frivolous lawsuits. If you care for more details, read Daniel’s latest post or the many others he has made on the subject.

Prediction: Gableman 51% Butler 49%

In a final note, I will be live blogging tonight from the Walker victory party so, check back for the latest.

PS:
If you’re in Milwaukee’s 15th District, be sure to vote Dan Wycklendt for County Supervisor, Gop3.com blogger Katie’s brother!
