J. Mac Davis, of Wisconsin, to be United Stated District Judge for the Western District of Wisconsin, vice John C. Shabaz, retiring.

Judge Davis, a former GOP state senator from Waukesha, currently sits on the Waukesha County Circuit Court. As with the nomination of Judge Dugan for the Eastern District seat of Judge Randa, we’ll see if the U.S. Senate chooses to act…

    He is nothing more than a moderate, let’m out squish.

    Waukesha needs to redo it’s bench.
