super-bowl-mvp-carGrabbed this off of Deadspin:

Historically General Motors gives away a luxury car to the Super Bowl MVP winner. But this year there was no celebration, no car on the field, and Santonio Holmes didn’t mention Cadillac after the game, but he still got one.

Santonio Holmes, who makes more than $2 million a year, got an $85,000 car for free from General Motors, a company that got a $9.4 BILLION bailout.

Technically that means all of America owns a part of that car since we paid for the damn thing.

Also that car would probably cost a lot less if General Motors wasn’t screwed into using UAW employees, though Holmes’ free car was probably made by a bunch of union workers that are now unemployed.

Happy driving Santonio… but I am going to want to use that car every other weekend.

Whats with the green spoiler and tail lights? Is that suppose to mean the SUV is green? Interesting…

I wonder if he’ll give me a ride to class on really cold days.
